Summary:
We're looking for Product Managers who are energized by solving complex business problems, influencing strategy, and partnering across technology and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
As a Product Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping platform capabilities that support our retirement business while helping drive modernization efforts that improve client and business experiences. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where product strategy, innovation, and customer focus come together to create meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for complex digital products and platform capabilities.
Translate business objectives into product priorities and actionable plans.
Collaborate with technology, operations, and business partners to deliver high-impact solutions.
Lead product lifecycle activities, including discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, and execution.
Utilize customer, business, and market insights to inform product decisions.
Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Partner with engineering teams to support the development of scalable and modern technology solutions.
Explore opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve user experiences and business outcomes.
Continuously evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
Minimum of five years related work experience. Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.
Ability to define strategy and communicate vision across diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Experience partnering with technology teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Experience with platform modernization, digital transformation, or large-scale business initiatives.
Familiarity with APIs, microservices, cloud-based technologies, or modern application architectures.
Exposure to AI-enabled products, processes, or business solutions.
