Job Description:

Job Title: Weekend Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)

Work Schedule:
Choose between Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday from 8a-8p

Your Role as a Hospice RN: As a Weekend Hospice RN, you’ll be responsible for managing the care of hospice patients in their homes. You’ll conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, provide direct patient care, and offer emotional support to both patients and their families. Working closely with your Clinical Manager, you’ll have the resources and support needed to deliver excellent care.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect with patients, families, and your healthcare team effectively.

  • Reliable Transportation: Required to visit patients in their homes.

  • Positive Attitude: A compassionate and proactive approach to patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.

  • 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.

  • Home Health/Hospice experience is preferred, but not required.

  • Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
