Job Responsibility (Based in Jakarta):

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and payments.
• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing.
• Handles accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP, staff claims, GL, fixed assets, balance sheet reconciliation, etc)
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties including auditors, treasury, vendors and banks.
• Support intercompany activities.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.
   

Your Background And What We Find Important:

• Minimum undergraduate in accounting / taxation. CPA would be an advantage, but not necessary.
• +3 years’ experience in accounting, with good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience in statutory and management reporting.
• Prior experience dealing with external auditors may be a plus point.
• Experience in SAP will be an added advantage, or at least understand how ERP works.
• Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office suites of application.
• Good in English language, both written and spoken.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• A team player and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
