About the role
 
We are seeking a dynamic IT Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating cloud project migrations, systems integrations, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across technical, product, and legal teams. This position requires a proactive individual who can set targets, drive change, and ensure project milestones are met within the stipulated timelines.
 
Your Responsibilities
  • Planning and monitoring project activities from ideation through to completion
  • Coordinate internal and external resources for project implementation.
  • Manage project progress and adapt work as necessary to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, shareholders and consumers.
  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
  • Designing risk mitigation and innovation audit plan.
  • Conducting project review and creating detailed reports.
  • Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.
  • Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects.
  • Any other relevant task directed by the supervisor.
 
We are looking for someone with:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a PMO or project management role, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and experience managing cloud migration projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in setting targets, managing change, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools.
