Description -
This role is responsible for driving sales of digital printing presses to flexible packaging converters, leveraging consultative selling techniques to engage clients and develop tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling capital equipment to the flexible packaging industry. This role requires strategic sales planning, relationship management, and technical expertise to position the organization’s digital printing solutions as a competitive advantage for customers.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $161,600 to $248,900 annually, with a 50/50 (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
