Franklin Templeton’s Client Service team supports the Retail channel by delivering high-quality client service while contributing to business development and innovation initiatives. The team works closely with internal partners and clients in a collaborative, international environment. As an intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to real projects, learn from experienced professionals, and develop both technical and interpersonal skills in a global organisation.  We are looking for students in their final-year (in Bachelor’s (3rd year) or Master’s (5th year)) or recent graduates to join our office in Milan for an initial period of 6 months on a full day contract.

How you will add value

Core Responsibilities

  • Handle client requests related to marketing and regulatory materials

  • Translate and review documents between English and Italian

  • Prepare and maintain internal reports

  • Update and manage Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems

  • Support client business development initiatives

  • Contribute to digital and artificial intelligence projects

  • Conduct fund analysis using Morningstar Portal

What will help you be successful in this role


Experience, Education & Certifications

  • Previous studies or experience in financial services

  • Degree ideally in Finance or Economics with a graduation date of 2026 or 2025

  • Interest in working within a global organisation

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

  • Fluency in English and Italian

Soft Skills

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

  • Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

  • Strong willingness to learn and collaborate

Work Schedule & Location
40 hours per week with minimum 4 days in Milan office/ 6-month contract
