Reporting to the Director of the CDO Office and DEI Strategy & Governance, the DEI Operations Lead monitors and manages the day-to-day operations of the office and advances processes and tools to ensure the highest quality of service execution.

The DEI Operations Lead role will allow you to bring your organization skills, creativity, energy and growth mindset to the table and shape the workforce experience and shape lives.   • This is an individual contributor role where you will be partnering and collaborating with peers in the Global RDC organization and People functions.

In your work, you will achieve a sense of accomplishment by driving meaningful and impactful outcomes in the following areas:  

  • Lead with courage in support of change initiatives that impact the DEI organization.
  • Keep current on DEI goals, priorities, objectives, and progress and engage in institution-wide activities and initiatives as appropriate.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret DEI-related data to inform stakeholders on decision-making and strategy development.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on DEI metrics and progress for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Manage special DEI projects that improve operations and serve as project lead for selected Global DEI Projects.
  • Provide administrative and program development support to the department as needed leveraging diverse and advanced tools of information delivery in support of achieving program objectives, including liaising with People organization resources to ensure successful implementation and functionality.
  • Create Best in Class, survey/benchmarking strategy and plan to measure and maintain standing as universally/globally ranked employer of choice.
  • Coordinate rankings and ratings survey completion across all People organizations Centers of Excellence
  • Create a feedback loop from survey/index recommendations to corresponding People, Business, BINS, and affinity groups to drive improvements for underrepresented groups based on industry best practices.
  • Ensure that all organizational policies and practices are documented for compliance with relevant DEI standards and regulations.
  • Partners with key stakeholders across the company, within the latitude of established policies and procedures, to help ensure compliance of DEI practices and requirements.
  • Keep abreast of research, insights, and leading and innovative DEI practices.

To land this role, you need to have some experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; Master of Business Administration (MBA) a plus
  • 2-5 years of demonstrated leadership experience in Businesses or HR
  • Strong performance record and demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships; be an authentic and inclusive leader; value curiosity, innovation and problem solving
  • Team oriented, motivated self-starter with demonstrated ability to collaboratively reach out across organizational boundaries to mobilize resources and subject matter experts from many teams and groups to achieve objectives and manage ambiguity
  • Leading change and managing projects
  • Applying your business acumen to an organization’s problems/challenges and developing solutions that reflect solid judgment
  • Influencing up, down and across a matrixed organization

The base pay range for this role is $77,300 to $110,150 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
