Working with the Service Delivery Governance Unit, the Quality, Compliance and Safe Service Management Officer assists in ensuring a robust clinical and operational governance and quality framework is in place across St Vincent’s Care. The role will assist in ensuring compliance with Australian Aged Care Quality Agency Accreditation Standards and that all risks are managed as part of the quality framework.
This position will work collaboratively with the Service Delivery Governance Unit to get the best outcomes for our consumers and staff. The Quality, Compliance and Safe Service Management Officer will be responsible for monitoring quality activities and clinical governance and the development of policies and processes that influence these outcomes and ensure compliance.
Seeking a Registered Nurse with aged care experience and a quality/continuous improvement mindset for this role. This is a full time position and offers fantastic work-life flexibility, with hybrid working arrangements (Bowen Hills Office- Residential Aged Care Facilities- working from home). You will also have the benefit of working within a friendly and supportive team environment.
