Job Summary

This role is tasked with managing marketing data infrastructure that is vital for achieving results across the Global Marketing organization. The role will take a lead part in designing and developing key Marketing architecture as it relates to large amounts of relevant data using cloud-based and other relevant technologies. Implementing relevant tools and data processes to enable key stakeholders to optimize productivity is essential as is promoting best practices within the data architecture & management space.

This role will also play a critical part in developing and maintaining data assets in order to match business and client requirements. The role works with other team members to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound organizational decisions.

The role will also involve fostering strong relationships within the Marketing Data Science organization as well as other key Marketing CoE’s, markets and HP Business Units & functions.  


Responsibilities

- Assure marketing data infrastructure and architecture design and implementation supports the organization’s strategic goals while meeting cyber standards. - Key architecture to manage includes AWS, Databricks and other internal/external tools/solutions.

- Manage and optimize day to day infrastructure operations with an aim to meet the needs of relevant stakeholders, e.g., global Data Science teams, Martech and other CoE’s

- Keep up with relevant technology best-practices in order to optimize, implement and promote best in-class data processes, including optimized data integration and modelling design

- Collaborate closely within team and across organization to assure stakeholder requirements are in line with development roadmap

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in marketing, data analytics, or a related field.

 Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $137,000.00 -- $211,000.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
