Caterpillar EAME Europe Region is looking towards the future and is developing the Digital capability of its dealer network in support of the Caterpillar Services Growth Strategy. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital Operations Representative  who will be responsible for establishing Digital roadmaps and support the full suite of Caterpillar’s world class digital solutions with Caterpillar dealers.

The role requires strong project management skills, bring strategic insights/thinking and have a deep business understanding of EAME Region to ensure Caterpillar Digital solutions are fully leveraged to maximize customer value and support Services Growth.

This position is within the EAME DSD Europe Region.

EAME Distribution’s mission is to deliver superior customer experience, profitable market leadership and services growth through industry-best distribution performance. We provide governance and administration of Cat® dealers across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Eurasia

Role Definition
Manages processes and initiatives associated with Digital and dealer/customer related strategies to ensure dealers deliver superior customer experience and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Governs dealer execution of several strategically important Digital initiatives to support business growth while working with various stakeholders to drive adoption of new technology.

  • Enables revenue growth by ensuring dealers continue to grow their connected assets population and e-commerce customer adoption.

  • Actively supports dealers by being a trusted advisor on Digital projects prioritization, ensuring resources are allocated to execute accordingly.

  • Leads processes improvement on areas such as data management, platform deployment and technology adoption to deliver the best customer experience.

  • Supports the development and manages implementation of internal/external adoption and communication strategies for new products, technology platforms, and applications.

Qualifications / Experience: Proven experience (8 - 10 years minimum) in data analytical skills, data management, proven experience in leading Digital Transformation Projects in a B2B environment, project management or equivalent, stakeholder management, strategy execution and governance. A completed university degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field. Must be proficient in English.

Negotiating: Knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques; ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
