What success looks like in this role:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a technically strong Senior Cybersecurity Analyst – IAM to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in IAM operations and engineering. The candidate must have hands-on experience with SailPoint, Okta, and identity governance processes, and will play a key role in resolving complex issues, supporting audits, and driving IAM improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical SME for IAM issues and platform configurations.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex identity-related incidents.
• Support and enhance SailPoint workflows, rules, and connectors.
• Manage Okta policies, MFA configurations, SSO integrations, and access policies.
• Perform access reviews, support compliance audits, and create IAM reports.
• Collaborate with application and security teams to align IAM controls and integrations.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Required Skills:

• 5–8 years of experience in IAM and identity governance.
• Expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow and Okta Identity Cloud.
• Strong understanding of identity federation (SAML, OAuth), RBAC, and provisioning logic.
• Familiarity with audit/compliance processes and reporting.
