What would you do? Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations, helping clients realize $5 for every $1 spent on our services
Fulfill in supply chain planning refers to the process of completing customer orders by ensuring products are picked, packed, and delivered efficiently. It involves managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer expectations. The goal is to ensure that orders are accurately and promptly fulfilled.
Plan the inventory or capacity that will be used to fulfill customer orders and determine transportation or delivery of the product through the supply chain.
What are we looking for? • Supply Chain Optimization:
• Work with logistics and transportation teams to ensure the timely and efficient movement of fresh and floral goods from suppliers to warehouses and stores
• Optimize order quantities, delivery schedules, and transportation costs while maintaining product quality
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the replenishment process
Quality Control & Compliance:
• Ensure that all fresh and floral products meet company quality standards and comply with relevant food safety regulations, handling guidelines, and sustainability practices
• Address quality issues promptly and work with suppliers to resolve any defects, damage, or non-compliance with product specifications
Team Leadership & Development:
• Lead and mentor a team of replenishment specialists or associates, providing training and guidance on replenishment processes, inventory management, and product handling
• Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture focused on improving supply chain efficiency and minimizing product waste
o Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions about inventory levels, order quantities, and product replenishment
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
o Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
o A keen eye for detail, especially in managing product quality, shelf life, and waste reduction
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in the retail or foodservice industries, particularly in fresh produce, floral, or perishables categories
• Familiarity with demand forecasting models and supply chain optimization tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in supply chain management and perishable goods
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems

• You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments

• Replenishment Planning:
o Lead and manage the replenishment process for fresh produce and floral products, ensuring that inventory levels are accurately aligned with demand forecasts, seasonal trends, and sales patterns
o Work closely with demand planning, merchandising, and sales teams to develop and execute replenishment strategies based on customer demand and inventory turnover rates
• Inventory Management:
o Monitor inventory levels for fresh and floral products to ensure availability while minimizing overstock and product waste
o Track product shelf life and implement strategies to rotate stock, reduce spoilage, and improve stock rotation for perishables
o Implement best practices for managing the lifecycle of fresh products, ensuring timely ordering and delivery to maintain optimal freshness
• Supplier & Vendor Coordination:
o Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors for fresh and floral categories, ensuring timely replenishment and quality control
o Coordinate closely with suppliers to manage lead times, deliveries, and ensure product availability in alignment with sales forecasts and promotions
o Work with vendors to resolve any issues related to product quality, delivery delays, or order discrepancies
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
o Utilize inventory management systems, sales data, and demand forecasting tools to monitor product performance and optimize replenishment processes
o Analyze inventory trends and adjust ordering strategies to reflect seasonal fluctuations, promotional activities, and market conditions
o Generate regular reports to track KPIs such as stock turnover rates, out-of-stock occurrences, and waste levels, and provide insights to senior leadership
