You are ready, if you have...

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google Suite, particularly MS Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Willingness to learn how to work with data sets and perform basic audits to identify and correct simple discrepancies.

  • A detail-oriented mindset, eager to learn how to manage and update CRM systems under guidance.

  • An interest in developing research skills to help gather information about potential leads and target markets.

  • Good communication skills, with a willingness to collaborate and learn from the sales and marketing teams.


Transform yourself and become responsible for...

  • Assisting the marketing team with day-to-day tasks and learning how to classify inbound leads based on provided guidelines.

  • Supporting the management of leads until they are ready to be passed on to the BizDev or Sales teams.

  • Conducting basic research on prospects using company websites, LinkedIn, and other available resources under supervision.

  • Helping to ensure that leads are accurately recorded and forwarded to the appropriate team members for follow-up.

  • Assisting in maintaining the accuracy of the CRM system by updating records as needed.
