Job Description Summary
We are looking for an I&C Engineer to join the Ashalim Power Plant in Maintenance Team.
In this position you shall support the I&C scope on site , including routine maintenance, troubleshooting, supporting planned activities and outages, supporting the implementation of tools and systems - all in accordance with contractual requirements, GE processes and country regulations.
Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Analysis of control logic, detection of malfunction and elaboration of mitigation measures
- Executing simulations in compliance with established procedures
- Calibrations and equipment function check
- Support the efforts to reduce maintenance costs by efficient use of consumables, parts and tools
- Support Cyber Security topics
- Execute different projects related to I&C
- Support the I&C lead
Qualifications
- Certified Engineer
- At least 3 years’ experience working in a Gas/Steam/Combine Cycle Power Plant or Industrial facility
- Previous experience with DCS
- Good knowledge and understanding of industrial control systems and tools
- Hands on approach and ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrated communication & organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent Hebrew and good English, both verbal and written
- Able to be on-call/work on weekends and holidays when needed
