As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you are responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and recruit top talent for the company. You will collaborate with departments to understand hiring needs and manage recruitment processes. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and building strong candidate pipelines.
What You Will Do
Be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting talents.
Manage candidate experience to ensure positive candidate outcomes
Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process from sourcing to offer; and provide efficient reports
Using standardized screening techniques, assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates
Advertise job postings within appropriate forums to attract top-notch candidate pools
Develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges, suggest new ideas to improve talent acquisition activities
Coordinate with Hiring Managers on best hiring practices and decisions
Coordinate with the HR & Communications Team to organize engagement activities, and develop materials for employer branding.
Manage onboarding process, contribute to improving employee experience
Support the departments as needed
Who You Are
A recognized University degree
Strong in utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to drive networking and candidate pool development.
Strong growth-mindset
Critical thinker
Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (verbal and written)
1 year of experience in the full life cycle of recruitment is a must, and experience in a Digital Marketing Company is a plus.
