What you'll do...

Are you a thought leader looking to make a significant impact? We are seeking a strategic People Partner to report directly to the SVP for End to End People. In this pivotal role, you’ll be leading a team and supporting two influential SVPs: the SVP for E2E Transformation and Innovation and the SVP for E2E Network Strategy & Operational Science. Join us in driving forward-thinking initiatives and shaping the future of our organization through strategic talent and workforce management.

What you’ll bring…

  • A profound understanding of HR practices and the ability to ensure consistent and effective execution.

  • Proven experience in Organizational Design and Effectiveness, Talent Strategy, Talent Planning, and Strategic Workforce Planning.

  • Led a team of Sr. People Partners to deliver established goals, KPIs, and organizational health 

  • Superior communication and leadership skills to navigate a cross-functional and matrix environment 

What you’ll do…

  • Supporting two SVP’s on their transformation roadmap strategic alignment and vision

  • Collaborating closely with the business leaders to ensure HR strategies are aligned with the overarching business transformation goals.

  • Providing strategic guidance on the People implications of the transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Leading and supporting organizational change initiatives that drive transformation, maintaining a focus on sustainable success, smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

  • Crafting and executing comprehensive talent strategies that support the SVPs' vision for transformation by building a future-ready workforce through strategic talent planning and development programs

  • Providing the SVPs with actionable insights derived from data analysis to inform strategic decision-making by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that support or derail the transformation roadmap.

  • Fostering a culture that embraces change, innovation, and continuous improvement by implementing engagement initiatives that align with the transformation goals and enhance associate commitment.

  • Providing governance and oversight to maintain the integrity, stability, and cyclical nature of core HR practices during the transformation and regular business cadence

  • Developing leadership capabilities within the organization and your team to support the transformation efforts effectively.

  • Evaluating and facilitating communication to stakeholders on the effectiveness of transformation initiatives continuously, removing friction and making improvements as necessary.

  • Encouraging a mindset of continuous learning and adaptation within the team to support ongoing transformation.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and 6 years’ experience in human resources or related area OR 8 years’
experience in human resources or related area .
2 years’ supervisory experience
