About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and vendor strategy across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. You will manage relationships with vendors and resellers, identify new business opportunities, and support partners in growing their customer base.
 

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute vendor growth plans and business strategies

• Build and manage relationships with partners, vendors, and key customers

• Identify, onboard, and support new reseller partners

• Prepare and implement business plans and marketing activities

• Present and promote CAD and design software solutions to partners and customers

• Monitor sales performance, margins, forecasts, and business results
   

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or product marketing within the IT industry

• Experience working with vendors, channel partners, or resellers

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Fluent English, Czech/Slovak and Hungarian

• Knowledge of CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM software or related technologies is an advantage

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams

• Location: Prague or Budapest
