Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build financial models to project investment cash flows and returns, supporting senior team members in investment decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials for the Investment Committee.
  • Support the due diligence process for prospective investments.
  • Perform financial and economic analyses for internal review.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitive activity (acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing).
  • Collaborate with the broader Brookfield real estate platform on new business initiatives and value creation opportunities.
  • Provide support on additional tasks and projects as needed.

Candidate Profile:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Expected graduation from 2027 onwards.
  • Strong interest in real estate, investments, and finance.
  • Basic knowledge of financial modeling is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in Portuguese and English.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and comfortable sharing ideas.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
