Job summary

As the new Head of Sales for Continental Europe you will drive the sales strategy across the regions, while carrying your own quota and managing a team of two account executives. Being highly interested in capital markets, you will set an example to the team by closings deals for primarily listed companies across Benelux. You  thrive in working with legal and compliance professionals and know how to successfully pitch innovative compliance tools to them. 
 
As the leader of the Continental Europe sales team,  you will inspire, help and motivate the sales managers and to grow the team with new talent.  In collaboration with the CRO and revenue operations manager you will  optimize the sales process and make it state of the art.  Additionally, you constantly assess the market by identifying key trends, risks, issues and opportunities,  ensuring that data analysis and performance tracking drive informed decisions.

Key accountabilities

  • Leading and implementing the sales strategy for continental Europe in  partnership with the CRO 
  • Carrying a sales quota for the Benelux area 
  • Act as player coach, guiding and supporting a small team of account executives in continental Europe 
  • Delivering accurate forecasting for your region
  • Work closely together with our listing teams to ensure we provide all listed companies across our Euronext listing venues with excellent compliance products 
  • Enhancing current sales processes in collaboration with the team and our revenue operations manager 
  • Liaising closely with our marketing team on lead generation, brand presence and effective event strategies in your markets 
  • Liaising closely with our partnership team to expand and strengthen our partnership ecosystem


Your profile

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in closing deals, part of which in the compliance, legal or financial regulations industry 
  • 2-3 years of experience in managing a sales team 
  • Native Dutch language skills and French proficiency highly dis
  • A strong background in account-based marketing and outbound marketing, with demonstrable success in building a robust sales pipeline
  • A excellent understanding of the dynamics of capital markets 
  • An understanding of compliance service offerings and how this adds value to clients , alongside insight into the competitive market 
  • A multicultural work experience on deals and know how to adapt to various countries
