Position Summary

•Managing and developing experiential marketing opportunities:
Plan and execute immersive brand experiences across physical and digital channels.
Leverage social media, influencers, and interactive events to drive engagement and store traffic.
•Managing partner marketing collaborations:
Manage co-marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency, timely execution, and strong retail collaboration.
Oversee partner-related systems and authorizations.
•Retail Visibility:
Create impactful in-store activations and consumer touchpoints to enhance brand presence.
Integrate offline and online experiences to maximize reach.
•Presentation Management:
Design and deliver high-quality presentations that effectively communicate marketing strategies and performance.

Role and Responsibilities

Managing and developing experiential marketing opportunities

Lead the experiential marketing plan and execution, leverage key channels such as social media and influencer programs to extend the experiential marketing into multiple channels.

Develop Immersive Branded Experience

- create Interactive physical / digital spaces and collaborations utilizing local opportunities for strategic target audiences.

 - Integrate Online and Offline Experience

 - content creation by consumer

 - Increase crossover marketing , leveraging all direct customer contact into viral social presence

- Initiate Exhibition and events – launch events, customer events, partner events, media events

- Lead Mall collaborations

 - Initiate store Traffic generating activities.

- Engage mobile shoppers during the path to purchase in a Fun, engaging activity

Managing partner marketing collaborations

Enhance partner’s relationship through efficient co-marketing

Ensure  On time wide deployment

Ensure brand guidelines are being followed across all co-marketing elements.

Support retail and sales teams in all marketing efforts and needs.

In charge of marketing dep. Systems with partners – authorizations / NDA / new users

Managing and developing Retail visibility

Create Strong calls to action in the retail environment that drive consumers.

Dominate the Consumer with Impressions throughout the shopping experience

Drive engagement in key retail environments

  • Lead location dominance strategy securing consumers attention in high traffic areas
  • Combine call to action in malls with online and BTL activity

Ensure Sales floor dominance –

Provide consumers with Brand & Shopping Experience at the Same Time on the Same Platform

Utilize HQ VMD Elements –

Brand consistency to effectively increase brand power and sales.

Push for customer engagement on main product USP’s.

Presentation management

In charge of presentation design, creation, and delivery of high-quality presentations that effectively communicate our department’s objectives, strategies, and performance.

strong background in visual storytelling, presentation design, and content organization.

Partner with team members from different departments (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) to gather information, align messaging, and ensure consistency across all presentations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an event / experiential activity manager or similar role
  • Experience planning and leading marketing activities across funnels – offline and online on social media
  • Ability to identify and track relevant KPIs
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
  • Excellent Power point skills – high experience with Presentation preparation (story telling) and design
