THE TEAM
The mission of the People & Culture Enablement Department is to define and drive the roadmap for the P&C strategy to fuel business success, while propelling seamless execution of divisional operations.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing, and our People & Culture Enablement team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to join a team that shapes how People & Culture operates—setting the standards, strengthening execution, and embedding operational excellence across a complex, high-growth business. As the Senior Analyst / Analyst, People & Culture Enablement, you will support the delivery of the P&C vision and roadmap by coordinating work across the division, contributing to the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resourcing of initiatives. You will contribute to the execution of division‑wide P&C initiatives, help translate insights into actionable recommendations, and support the development of clear, relevant communications. This role offers strong exposure to business growth, hands‑on learning, and meaningful development opportunities, building a foundation for continued career progression as Aritzia grows.

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $50,000 - $150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
