1. Soporte inmediato a producción para solución de causa raíz (Scrap, tiempo muerto, eficiencia, Etc).
2. Implementar fixturas para la mejora de procesos
3. Implementar proyectos de mejora continua de procesos
4. Implementar acciones correctivas y preventivas para evitar recurrencias
5. Cambios de layout de alto impacto para mejora de flujo
6. Implementar cambios de ingeniería que aseguren las especificaciones del producto
7. Liberar la introducción de nuevos productos o procesos del área
8. Responsable de crear, modificar e implementar nuevos procedimientos.
9. Desarrollar y procesar instrucciones de trabajo, ayudas visuales, toma de tiempos y balanceo de líneas.
REQUISITOS MINIMOS DEL PUESTO

CONOCIMIENTOS
Microsoft Office nivel intermedio, AutoCAD & SolidWorks (Preferentemente)
Requiere conocimientos de sistemas de Manufactura GMP´s (Good Manufacturing Practices), Procesos de Introducción de Nuevos Productos, procesos de re-ingenerial, Mantenimiento, Manufactura Esbelta, Reducción de Costos, Administración de proyectos, Ambientales y se Seguridad, etc.
