About the Role

Join the Agile Innovation Lab, a creative and experimental environment where we explore new product ideas, emerging technologies, and the future of digital security and AI. As a Working Student, you’ll help shape what’s next for Gen Digital by researching, building and testing innovative concepts that could define the company’s next generation of products.

This role is perfect for a curious and self-driven student who enjoys asking “what if?”, experimenting with new technologies, and turning early ideas into tangible prototypes.

What You’ll Do

• Research trends in technology, user behavior, and AI to identify new product opportunities
• Explore and experiment with AI tools and frameworks to solve real-world challenges
• Collaborate with researchers, designers, and engineers to refine new ideas
• Work independently on assigned projects and take initiative to push ideas forward
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear, structured way

Who You Are

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields
• Curious and analytical — you enjoy exploring ideas and asking deep questions
• Comfortable with research and turning abstract problems into concrete ideas
• Able to write clear, functional code in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar
• Familiar with AI and data-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Hugging Face, or open-source frameworks)
• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills in English
