Your Title:  Technical Training Specialist

Job Location: Remote, US + 50% Travel

About the Role

Training Specialists are responsible for delivering online and on-location training classes to construction companies primarily those getting started with B2W Software applications. The ability to maintain an aggressive travel schedule is a key requirement for this role. Other responsibilities include participation in the development of training curriculum, involvement in content planning and delivery of content for our annual user conference, and the creation of detailed communications back to the office based on your client experiences.

 

What You Will Do

• Deliver online and onsite software training to new and existing clients

• Manage job-related travel and accommodations

• Compile detailed notes for each client training session

• Communicate patterns and trends based on collective client-facing experience

• Deliver online and in-house training to new and existing clients

• Deliver internal training to new B2W Software employees

• Contribute to the development of training course materials, CBTs, and training videos

• Contribute to the planning and presentation of training sessions at annual User Conference

• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by your supervisor

 

What We Are Looking For

• Must have: Knowledge of B2W products

• Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in software and/or technical training

• Bachelor’s degree in a field suitable to the role

• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving abilities

• Exceptional troubleshooting and assessment skills

• Demonstrated understanding of computers and use of software applications

• Reliable Self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision

• Valid driver’s license and a U.S. Passport (for international travel)

• Meet requirements to operate a motor vehicle in Canadian Provinces

• Travel up to 50%. At the height of our busiest times, you may be asked to travel 3 out of the 4 weeks of the month.

About Your Location

Training Professionals will collaborate and deliver online trainings from their home office. When scheduled for on-site training engagements, Trainers will travel throughout the country and Canada to deliver the training on-site to the client.

Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

$87,500.00–$116,000.00
