JOB DESCRIPTION:
Major Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and execute sourcing strategies using various channels
- Manage the full end to end recruitment process, from business unit requirements through to hire
- Deliver a positive candidate experience associated with the brand
- Foster internal and external relationships
- Be knowledgeable through successful placements, reporting and presenting data through market insights to bring back to the business and stakeholders.
- Able to effectively problem solve and make informed decisions across deliverables, timelines and requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/HR or related disciplines
- Min 3-6 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house talent acquisition), preferably within medical device, healthcare, pharma industry
- Full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast paced environment
- Ability to identify and address recruitment challenges creatively and efficiently
- Strong time management skills and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong networking skills to build and maintain professional relationships
- Ability to foster internal and external relationships and manage competing demands
