Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement inventive SEO strategies that optimize our websites' performance and enhance user engagement.
• Use A/B testing, analytics software, and other standard optimization tools to analyze, test, and improve website performance, conversions, and overall traffic quality.
• Apply fresh, unique ideas that set our sites apart from competitors, introducing innovative practices to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.
• Monitor industry trends, study competitor strategies, and apply insights to propose and execute effective SEO tactics that position us competitively.
• Take ownership of the SEO process, from ideation to implementation, ensuring all strategies are effectively rolled out and continuously refined.
• Tackle complex SEO and performance challenges head-on, optimizing site performance while enhancing the user experience.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in SEO and a solid track record of optimizing multiple websites
• Ability to generate innovative ideas and execute them to optimize two websites.
• Experience with Optimization Tools (such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or others). Proficiency in standard optimization tools (e.g., A/B testing, analytics software) to analyze and improve website performance.
• Strong capability to bring a fresh, unique perspective to differentiate the sites from competitors.
• Understanding of industry trends and competitor strategies to propose distinctive solutions.
• Proven ability to take ideas from concept to implementation with a hands-on approach.
• Comfortable tackling complex challenges to enhance site performance and user experience.
