Supply chain analytics can identify known risks and help to predict future risks by spotting patterns and trends throughout the supply chain.
What are we looking for? • 5+ years of experience in supply chain/ transportation operations and data analytics • Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite • Understanding of supply chain/transportation KPIs and operational processes • Flexibility to work extended hours when needed • Experience in documentation and training delivery • Background in Software & Platforms industry • Analyzing operational data and driving supply chain decision making • Analytical thinking and problem-solving • Creativity and innovation • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement • Adaptability and collaboration • Process orientation and attention to detail • Commitment to quality and continuous learning • Exposure to cloud/data infrastructure products • Experience with R/Python/Power BI • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, VBA, Python) • Have good understanding of data and systems • Proficient in data crunching and generating insights
Roles and Responsibilities: • Supply Chain & Transportation Analytics: Analyze data from supply chain and transportation operations to generate actionable insights • Custom Reporting Solutions: Develop tailored reports based on stakeholder needs, ensuring clarity and accuracy • Automation & Efficiency: Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline reporting workflows • Data Validation & Troubleshooting: Ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies across reporting systems • Documentation & Training: Create process documentation and support training for reporting tools and analytics processes • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements and present insights
