次世代油圧ショベル向けの機体制御システムおよびAI技術等を活用した高度な制御ロジックの先行開発を担うエンジニアを募集しています。クロスファンクショナルなチームの一員として、複数の設計チームと連携しながら革新的な技術開発に取り組んでいただきます。

主な業務内容

• 機体制御システムに関する先行開発プロジェクトのリード
• 建設機械だけでなく、自動車・電子機器など幅広い業界の技術動向調査
• フィールドデータ分析によるシステム最適化の検討
• コンセプト検討、ハードウェアおよび制御ロジック設計、試験・検証の実施
• 油圧・自動車・電気部品サプライヤーとの協業による革新的技術開発
• パワーシステム部門、油圧設計部門など社内関連部門との連携

必須資格

• 機械工学の知識・経験
• システム制御に関する基礎知識

歓迎するスキル・経験

• 論理的思考力
• 開発ツールの使用経験（Matlab、Simulink、Creo、Canape、Python等）
