Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural framework of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and delivery, ensuring that development standards are maintained. The position demands a focus on achieving scalable and high-performance software that aligns closely with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive innovation and maintain quality throughout the project phases is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Snowflake Schema, Python (Programming Language).
- Strong knowledge of database design principles and normalization techniques.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective data models.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of data structures.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and integration strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
