What would you do? • Facilitate process improvement and assist business owners in improving existing process performance through analysis, experience and employee input in a project environment
• Build and deliver Operational/Delivery Excellence training and coach on business excellence principles
• Assist organization in the creation, monitoring, measurement and analysis of standardized processes
• Support the development and implementation of a formal management review of Key Performance/Operating results, and train and coach all functional areas on measurement principles
• Provide support/input to weekly and/or monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and review meetings
• Facilitate and/or participate in cross functional Process Improvement Initiatives and root cause analysis
• Implement strategic quality direction into operational guidelines and practices and support ongoing expansion of the quality culture across the organization
• Provide support to develop support assets, e.g., tracking tool for operational excellence success stories, tracking of root cause/lessons learned from actual delivery experiences, etc.
• Communicate to key management stakeholders on salient quality issues and business opportunities
What are we looking for? Must Have:
• At least Yellow Belt Trained – certification is automatic upon completion of training
• Must have at least 1 year of process improvement experience (VSM not a requirement)
• Contact Center experience preferred
• No automations required
Roles and Responsibilities: Typically has a minimum of 1 to 4 years of experience doing similar work either at or outside of Accenture
Expected to be a generalist or a SME with deep knowledge in an area of expertise based on experience
Breadth of Knowledge:
Expected to be knowledgeable about the work performed by their immediate team
Impact & Risk:
Typically receives direction and feedback from their supervisor on setting priorities or assigning and managing tasks on a weekly basis
Expected consequences for mistakes in their work would include missing personal or team deadlines and may be escalated to their direct supervisor
Involved in risk mitigation decisions for their immediate team
Authority:
Responsible for decisions made about their own work and may contribute to their immediate team's decisions
If in a client-facing role, expected to interact with clients who are either middle or senior management and do the following in meetings:
Provide status updates about their project-specific contribution
Answer questions about their project-specific contributions
