As the Customer Experience Manager (Team Leader) you will be responsible for optimizing pricing execution systems and processes to improve accuracy, maximize customer satisfaction, and grow Schreiber profitability. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop best in class processes and strategies to align with business objectives and ensure consistency across the organization.
This position will be located at our home office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. We offer a hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of 3 days a week onsite.
What you’ll do:
Hire, train, coach, establish, and evaluate developmental activities for team members. Identify opportunities for professional growth.
Develops a team culture of continuous improvement, transformation, accountability, influence, and advocacy of change through partners, systems, and processes for the entire customer experience team.
Guides team in making decisions that directly impact the organizations cash flow and profitability.
Work closely with Sales, FP&A, Product Strategies, and Transportation to develop and maintain pricing policies, guidelines, and strategies to align with business objectives and ensure consistency across the organization.
Monitor, maintain and communicate KPIs, enabling leadership to clearly understand outcomes and impact on financial results.
Evaluate, advocate for, and maintain best practice pricing tools and practices to increase flexibility, efficiency, and accuracy.
