  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth for Euronext Securities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within Euronext, regulatory bodies, and other relevant organisations
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and client needs to inform product development and strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, business operations, and IT to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Client success: ensure that the service/product is successfully delivered to the client and communicate with the client to fix potential issues. Identify cross-selling possibilities
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance excellence and foster a customer-centric culture across the organisation
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the sales team in negotiating contracts, pricing, and service level agreements
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Represent Euronext Securities at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and build strategic partnerships

Essential:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the financial services industry, with a focus on CSDs or related sectors
  • Extensive knowledge of securities settlement processes, as well as regulatory requirements and market dynamics across multiple countries
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team to achieve ambitious goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders across locations
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive business growth and competitive advantage
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Willingness to travel frequently as needed
  • Fluent in English working language
