Summary: As an Architecture Assessment Lead, you will be responsible for leading the execution of architecture assessments across various dimensions, including infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process. Your typical day will involve defining the assessment scope, gaining client agreement, conducting discovery assessments, and providing actionable recommendations to address identified weaknesses and opportunities. You will engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the assessment process, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovative solutions and strategic thinking. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop comprehensive reports that summarize findings and recommendations for clients. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA). - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with cloud architecture and deployment strategies. - Familiarity with data governance and management practices. - Ability to analyze and optimize existing architecture for performance and scalability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA). - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
