Job Purpose:
Como KAM de hematologia e especificamente na área do mieloma múltiplo, irá garantir o envolvimento e implementação da estratégia comercial através de diferentes canais e stakeholders do mercado, para assim conseguir otimizar a experiência dos seus targets.
Garante que os produtos ou marcas que estão sob a sua responsabilidade ressoem com os clientes atuais e potenciais, por forma a alcançar os objetivos estratégicos da empresa maximizando o valor dos ativos em questão.
Participa ativamente na equipa multidisciplinar (Brand Team), na análise e implementação da estratégia dos seus produtos, marcas e/ou serviços, monitorizando continuamente as tendências do mercado e da concorrência.
Incorpora os valores da GSK no seu trabalho, sendo ambicioso pelos doentes e fazer as coisas certas para atingir a máxima performance no seu território, informando e demonstrando aos HCPs que a prescrição dos produtos da GSK é uma escolha adequada para os seus doentes. Deve ser responsável pelos seus resultados através de uma gestão das suas contas e de uma abordagem omnichannel aos seus clientes.
