Responsible for enhancing and delivering market competitive Transaction Banking products, including but not limited to Cash Management and Digital Channel in the country. Responsible for understanding the customer’s product requirements, contributing to local product development to ensure the product meets the customers’ requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with Regional Product Office to develop new, and/or enhance and review existing products and services in accordance to Transaction Banking products and services lifecycle guidelines.
  • Monitor the performance of new products and prepare recommendations on improvements if required.
  • Support delivery of relevant banking services to customers to meet the department's revenue targets by developing and enhancing bank’s products, services, and channels including but not limited to visiting & hearing in collaboration with respective Sales Managers and Relationship Managers in accordance to Standard Operating Manual (SOM).
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.
  • Work in partnership with Relationship Managers of Corporate Banking areas and TB Sales Manager to understand the customer product requirements and recommend solutions.
  • Investigate local Transaction Banking product incidents and prepare recommendations to support in developing solutions to support seamless service to the customer.
  • Collect relevant information from customers and other reliable sources on complex business requirements/issues in timely and proper manner.
  • To ensure Cash Management & Digital Channel products and services are implemented in timely manner, within budget and meet customers’ expectation.
