Business Process Architecture Lead

Description -

The Process Architecture Framework Lead is responsible for developing, maintaining, and governing the enterprise-wide Process Library, implemented in Signavio. This role will be part of the Process Governance and Culture Tower, leading the framework implementation and defining the overall process architecture, collaborate with organizational stakeholders to identify key value-chain processes and respective hierarchies, and ensure that business processes are aligned with the company's strategic objectives. This role is critical in providing a structured and standardized approach to documenting, analyzing, and improving business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise process architecture framework and library.
  • Implement and manage the Process Library within Signavio.
  • Align business processes with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify the key products and services and how they provide value to customers.
  • Design the right mechanisms to ensure that the process documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Setup and run the Management of Change to ensure smooth adoption of new modelling guidelines.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in process architecture.
  • Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced team members

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in leading process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of process modelling techniques and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Typically, 8+ years’ experience in process architecture, business process management, or related fields.

Education and Experience preferred:

  • Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification
  • Hands-on Experience with Signavio (Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, Process Governance) or other similar tools
  • Experience with process architecture standard frameworks (e.g. APQC)
  • Knowledge of the HP’s processes would be an advantage.
  • Certification in process documentation and improvement methodologies such as BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience designing and implementing value chain process hierarchies.
  • Ability to manage change and drive process adoption.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
  • Awareness of industry best practices and emerging trends in process architecture.
  • Highly developed collaboration, conflict resolution, relationship building, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work with/influence across functions within the organization to achieve actionable results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influence skills, and group facilitation, with mastery in English.
  • Experience with various team collaboration and program management tools, such as Visio, Zoom, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Service Now and SmartSheet.
  • Have used data collection and analysis tools and software packages to gather, integrate and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Understanding and experience in applying industry quality standards and methodologies.
  • Hands-on get-things-done attitude.
