Our Merchandise team works with supplier partners and store teams on category ranging, buying, pricing and promotions so we can get the right products on the right shelves at the right time for our customers.
Te Tūranga – About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Customer Pricing Analyst to join our high-performing Customer Insights team. In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of customer-driven pricing strategies, using data and technology to influence decisions and create win-win outcomes for our customers and our business.
· Optimise pricing using tools like dunnhumby Price
· Simplify and automate pricing processes to build capability across Merchandise
· Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
· Partner with data providers and internal teams to embed market insights into pricing strategies
· Drive continuous improvement and future-focused initiatives to enhance decision-making

You’re a pragmatic, data-driven thinker who loves turning insights into action. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for making decisions that put customers first.
· 3+ years’ experience in data-driven roles, ideally in retail or customer-focused organisations
· Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., dunnhumby Price, Promo Analytics) and advanced Excel
· Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
· Curious, proactive, and passionate about continuous improvement
