As a Marketing Associate on the Stryker Neurovascular Global Marketing team, you will play a key role in supporting the ​marketing strategy for a portfolio of life-saving technologies that treat stroke and other neurovascular conditions. In this role, you will assist with the execution of marketing plans, support product launches, and develop impactful sales and marketing tools. You’ll also participate in critical customer-facing activities that help advance our mission of improving outcomes for patients facing neurological emergencies. WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

• Will assist with business reporting and analysis of sales/market trends.   This will include utilizing system tools like PowerBI and Encompass. 
• ​Will coordinate cross-team collaboration for marketing updates and newsletters. 
• ​Will assist with collateral creation. Support the creation process with senior product managers and Marketing Communications team.    
• ​Support collateral documentation process – uploading sources, reference materials and source linking to document. 
• ​Will support marketing campaigns/programs/tradeshows.  Including reporting on metrics for program/campaign optimization.
• ​Will be responsible for creation of social media content.
• ​Will support preparation for tradeshows, training, and meetings (Printing materials, organizing samples, logistics). 
• ​Will assist with regional market scans, voice of sales, and competitive analysis. 
• ​Will become a clinical and anatomical expert in neurovascular products.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Required:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 0+ years of work experience required

Preferred:
• MBA preferred
• Presentation and interpersonal communications skills

$58,700 - $106,200 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 30%
