Are you passionate about creating innovative reward programmes and ensuring operational excellence in their delivery? Join us as a Reward Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract and play a key role in shaping our organisation's reward strategies

Reward Manager (FTC) - The role:

As one of our Reward Managers, you will manage and evolve the firm's reward programmes, providing expert solutions for complex reward challenges. While the role is primarily UK-focused, it may also include supporting our international offices on an ad hoc basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reward Expertise:

    • Act as the go-to resource for reward policy.
    • Provide advice and guidance to HR colleagues and the firm, establishing yourself as a ‘centre of expertise’.
  • Annual Review Management:

    • Lead the operational delivery of the annual salary and bonus review process.
    • Collaborate across HR and Finance teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Market Benchmarking Analysis:

    • Conduct and manage external market benchmarking processes.
    • Offer insight and guidance on pay levels in partnership with the Recruitment team.
  • Pay Gap Reporting:

    • Lead the annual pay gap reporting in collaboration with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team.
    • Frame findings within the firm’s diversity strategy.
  • Benefit Management and Innovation:

    • Oversee and continuously improve the portfolio of the firm’s benefits.
    • Stay responsive to employee needs and market trends, driving the renewal process and vendor partnerships.
  • Reward Enhancement:

    • Innovate and implement reward and benefits initiatives aligning with the firm’s goals and market dynamics.
