Job Summary
Establish commonality and build rapport with current owners. Articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations. Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment.
How You'll Shine:
- Establish commonality and build rapport with owners
- Pitch the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations as a VIP owner
- Upgrade current owner accounts
- Provide information and knowledge of Wyndham Destinations product
- Analyze current owner's vacation package
- Close the deal by utilizing proper closing techniques (average transaction $30-35K)
- Attend daily/monthly/quarterly sales meetings and/or trainings
What You'll Bring:
- Must have sales experience (car sales, cellular sales, commission-based sales, vacation sales, insurance sales, real estate, bartending, serving, solar sales, etc.)
- 3+ years sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to handle common objections and rejection
- Must be commission driven and money motivated
- Positive, upbeat and professional attitude required
- High School or equivalent required, College Degree in related field preferred
Training requirements
- Initial Paid Training, covering our sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.
Knowledge and skills
- Needs to be able to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle. Must be energetic, outgoing and tenacious.
Technical Skills
- General smart device skills
