The Role 

We are seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team in Bellevue, WA! In this role, you’ll be a pivotal part of our daily operations. You’ll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, office organization, and client support, all while contributing to an efficient, organized, and fun office environment. This is more than just an administrative position—you’ll actively engage with our clients and other team members of the firm, becoming an integral part of our team while fostering meaningful relationships! 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for various clerical duties including answering and routing telephone calls, making appointments, greeting clients, distributing mail, and general client correspondence 
  • Prepare mail, handle deliveries, and liaison for building management and other vendors 
  • Support Firm scanning, filing and printing. Check in and scan tax documents. Distribute tax returns and other documents 
  • Keep the office organized, restock kitchen, order supplies and team lunches, and run errands as needed 
  • Setup new clients in all applicable programs, create projects for tracking client work 
  • Assist Controller, run reports 
  • Help organize office parties, fun committee activities, and staff meetings 
  • Other projects and duties as assigned 

 

Required Qualifications 

  • High school diploma/GED or higher, secondary education preferred 
  • 2+ years of experience in a Front Desk position or similar, CPA firm experience a plus 
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat 
  • Must have reliable form of transportation 
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service, both internally and externally. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Experience working in a public accounting firm or professional services environment

The pay range for this role is $22.00 - $27.00 per hour. This range includes the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on various factors, including experience, education and/or skill level. 

Preferred Work Schedule: 

In office Monday through Friday 10:00am-3:00pm, Sat 10:00am-2:00pm 

(Feb 15-April 15 & Sept 1- Oct 15)
