Location: Raising Cane's River Center, Baton Rouge, LA 

Position Type: Part-Time 

Position Overview: 

The Raising Cane's River Center is seeking a dedicated, part-time Command Post employee to manage the Guest Services desk. This role requires availability on weeknights and weekends. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to respond swiftly to event-related needs and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for guests, addressing questions, providing information, and resolving concerns professionally.
  • Maintain seamless communication with security, housekeeping, event staff, and operations to ensure event safety and efficiency.
  • Track and record event timelines, including door openings, closings, building security status, and incident response times.
  • Use app to promptly report restroom and facility issues.
  • Collect lost and found items, ensuring all are logged and returned to Security at the end of each event.
  • Accurately record and report incidents or issues that arise during events.

Qualifications: 

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Strong ability to remain calm, think quickly, and handle emergencies effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Reliable and able to maintain thorough records with attention to detail.
