Job Summary 

As a Senior Frontend Tech Lead - React (140951501), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.  

Responsibilities and Duties 

• Lead the design and development of frontend solutions using React, ensuring high-quality and scalable implementations
• Translate product requirements into technical specifications and oversee the full development lifecycle from coding to testing
• Guide and mentor team members while participating in code reviews and technical decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients through technical discussions, demos, and reviews to align solutions with business needs

Qualifications and Skills 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with strong expertise in JavaScript
• Proven experience working with React and modern frontend architectures
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Experience working with micro frontend architectures
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git or SVN
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library, and knowledge of modern frontend design patterns
