We are looking for a leader with a positive and innovative attitude who has the skills to motivate and lead a passionate team of high performing professionals.  You will also be required to demonstrate skilled recruitment and training ability and identify trends and opportunity using internal and external data at hand in order to provide the very best customer experience.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience leading a sales team and vacation ownership is advantageous

• Fluent in both written and verbal English

• Ability to speak another language; Bahasa or Mandarin is highly advantageous

• Ability to legally work in Bali, Indonesia is required

• High level of energy and self-motivation

• Strong customer service values

• Professional in appearance and attitude

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays.
