Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for configuring services on various platforms and implementing technology at the operating system-level. Your role will involve L1 and L2 troubleshooting and providing hardware/software support. Roles & Responsibilities: • Should have sound experience in providing L1 support for Storage Management and support on NetApp Cluster mode and Other Storage. • Perform Day to Day Storage operation support like incident monitoring and service request. • Creating a LUN/Increasing LUN size, Creating CIFS/NFS shares and monitoring the Storage environment. Professional & Technical Skills: " Good knowledge on CIFS, NFS, ISCSI and FCP protocols. " Experience with Brocade and Cisco SAN Switches. " Proven skills in understanding customer storage requirements, implementing Fiber Channel and iSCSI SAN solutions, and integrating different operating systems and applications. " Relevant certifications will be an added advantage. " Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills. " Strong time management skills, problem solving and analytical skills. " Supervise the team. " Perform team management roles " Due to the 24X7 operations of the business, must be able to work a flexible work schedule, may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
