Job Description Summary:

Sign-on Bonus Eligible - Up to $7,500!

Schedule: Mon-Fri, no weekend & no holidays
· Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Come join the Multiple Sclerosis team! This role offers a dynamic environment where you can collaborate with team members to provide care to neuro patients. You will provide patient education support, complete specialized testing, assist with Botox and other anti-spasticity procedures and collaborate with physicians and nurse practitioners to provide high quality care for patients. You will use your clinical expertise to triage and address medically complex cases as you build a rapport and relationship with a wonderful group of patients and their families!

You will work with an interdisciplinary team of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Social Workers and Medical Assistants.

Orientation is typically 12 weeks and we have a great learning culture with tenured staff of 20+ years to support onboarding needs.

This position provides nursing care to patients and families along the health illness continuum in diverse health care settings while collaborating with the health care team. The LPN is accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing. The LPN delegates nursing tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. This position serves as a resource for other associates. May communicate instructions, do minor scheduling, and inspect work. Does not hire, fire, discipline, promote, demote, transfer, or appraise, but may be consulted by higher management in these areas. This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's Degree (Required)BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart AssociationAmerican Heart AssociationAmerican Heart Association, LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - National Council of State Boards of NursingNational Council of State Boards of NursingNational Council of State Boards of Nursing

Preferred Experience:

•        Neuroscience experience is a plus but not necessary

•        New grads are welcome to apply!

State Driver's License. Graduate from an accredited school or program of practical nursing. Must hold a current license from the State of Ohio. successfully completed Ohio Board of Nursing approved medication course. Basic Life support Provider
