The Role & What You Will Be Doing

The Washroom Operator will be responsible for the cleaning and preparation of all filling components used on the Vial and Syringe filler and all associated activities.

#Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Production Operative role will make an impact:

• Ensure that all components required for vial and syringe fills are washed, set up and are ready for sterilization as requested.

• Ensure that all documentation related to the washroom are performed as per procedure.

• Ensure that stock levels of components used for assembly do not fall below minimum levels.

• Cleaning activates in Grade D areas are performed as required.

• Perform other duties as assigned, this includes supporting the Packaging Dept. in Casla when required.

• Perform cleaning activities in Grade D & C areas as required.

• Sample finished products as per sampling request in manufacturing order or as per PV protocol as appropriate.

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

• Minimum Leaving Certificate or equivalent, previous experience working in a GMP environment

• Must possess knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and have experience of working on equipment where maintenance activities are performed

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)

• Adhere to company policies and practices as laid down and trained and maintain a high standard of cleanliness whilst carrying out procedures.

• Comply with standards of quality and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

• To comply with the EHS standards

• To comply with company policies on conduct.

• To operate equipment efficiently and effectively.

• Look after company property and to report misuse/damage.

• Flexible in approach to work

• To keep accurate, legible records, liaising with the QA team
