Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases to maintain system stability and performance. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to ensure that solutions are aligned with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility across different systems. Collaboration with multiple teams to troubleshoot and optimize application functionality is a key part of daily activities, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of the software environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor application performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Must have Strong hands on experience in CDS Views and Datasphere, Good to have ABAP.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience in designing efficient data models.
- Experience in integrating SAP BW/4HANA with other enterprise systems and data sources.
- Ability to develop and optimize queries and reports to support business intelligence needs.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting within SAP BW/4HANA environments.
- Competence in using SAP tools and APIs to customize and extend application functionality.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
