The Role
euNetworks is a leading bandwidth infrastructure company, owning and operating 17 fibre-based metropolitan networks across Europe connected with a high-capacity intercity backbone. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality data center-to-data center connectivity to our customers, with a commitment to technological innovation and operational excellence.
Job Summary: We are looking for an Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. This person should have a desire to work in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to co-workers. The ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential for the position.
What will you be doing?
• Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
• Provide support to employees
• Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers
• Perform receptionist duties
• Manage the first point of contact for guests, employees, job candidates, and vendors
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as handling emails, collect and save files, printing, schedule meetings
• Keep the office clean, stocked, and organized, conference rooms, communal areas, desks
• Order office supplies
• Maintain filing system, contacts database, employee lists, and inventories
• Assist in organization of on-site and off-site team events
• Provide an HR assistance
Team structure: You will be working closely with HR Manager.
You will receive guidance and support from HR Manager based in Sofia office.
What do we want from you?
• Experience as an office assistant, coordinator or another relevant administrative role is a plus
• Thorough understanding of office management procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bulgarian and English (B2+)
• Experience with MS Office
• Experience with Sales force is a plus
