Advanced robotics hardware solutions for AI innovations in the robotic space. This role will focus on the mechanical design and integration of our robotic and senor system. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams with electrical, electrical, and ML engineers to bring robust, high-performance robotic solutions from concept to reality.

Lead the design and rapid prototyping of next-generation robotic system with novel sensors, actuators, and control:
Design and prototype robot gripper fingers
Design and prototype dexterous hands for humanoid robots
Design and prototype hardware for efficient teleoperation.
Quickly iterate and bring prototypes into products
Develop detailed 2D & 3D technical drawing for manufacturing.
Ensure tolerances, GD&T, and material selection meet manufacturing capabilities.
Maintain accurate CAD-based BOMs and proper revision control.
Source parts with vendors and ensure the quality and supply meet team needs.
Stay current with the latest advancements in robotics hardware, sensors, and AI-driven control architectures.
Qualifications:
Passionate about inventing and building robotic hardware through working closely with a multidisciplinary team
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
4+ years of experience in hardware design, preferably in robotics or mechatronic systems
Expertise in CAD software (Fusion 360, AutoCAD, SolidWorks), including stress analysis.
Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and tolerance analysis.
Experience with machining, 3D printing, and injection molding
